If you clicked over from our homepage, you already know that Goodie Corner started with Jeremy’s patience for perfect sourdough and Sophie’s love for comforting, creative flavors. What began as two passionate bakers experimenting in a home kitchen has blossomed into Fribourg’s favorite neighborhood spot for artisanal baking. We quickly realized that the same dedication required to nurse a sourdough starter could be used to elevate the humble cookie into a masterpiece of texture and taste.
Today, Goodie Corner is a celebration of both worlds. While our ovens are always busy rising crusty, rustic loaves, our hearts are equally set on crafting the ultimate, decadent cookies. We source our premium ingredients locally, meticulously brown our butter for that perfect nutty depth, and balance every recipe down to the exact milligram of sea salt. For us, baking isn’t just a business—it’s an open invitation to slow down, indulge, and enjoy the comforting flavors that connect us all.
