This website is operated solely as an online ordering platform. It allows customers to browse our menu and submit orders for cookies and sourdough products. No payments are processed online. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & payment
Placing an order through this website is a request, not a confirmed purchase. All orders are subject to availability and must be paid in full in store at the time of pick-up. We accept cash and major card payments at our location. Prices displayed on this website are indicative and may vary — the final price is confirmed at the point of sale in store.
3. Pick-up policy
We do not offer delivery or shipping. All orders must be collected in person at our store. Once an order is placed, we will confirm your pick-up slot by phone or email. If you fail to collect your order within the agreed time window, we reserve the right to cancel it without notice.
4. Cancellations & modifications
You may cancel or modify your order by contacting us directly at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be accommodated, particularly for custom or large orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will be notified promptly.
5. Allergen & dietary information
Our products (including cookies and sourdough bread) are made in an environment that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and seeds. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please inform us directly before ordering. We accept no liability for reactions resulting from undisclosed dietary needs.

We make every effort to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content on this site is complete, current, or error-free. Product availability may change without notice. Images are for illustration purposes only.
